Here, Rather Than Telling the Story of A Culinary History, We Would Like To Share With You the Real Life Experience of Our Head Chef, Sornphan Saengmanee. We Know Him As Joe. in 1986 and in His Early 20’s, Joe Arrived On the Shores of America in the State of Maryland At the Encouragement of A Childhood Friend. Two Years Later, Circumstances Forced His Returned To His Homeland, Thailand. But A Year Later, Young Joe Returned To the Us Again. he Arrived in Los Angeles in the Spring of 1990. It Was Here That an American Dream in the Making Began.joe's First Job in Los Angeles Was As A Full Service Gas Station Attendant. Nine Months Later, he Decided That It Was Not Something That Best Suites Him. Although he Only Worked in the Field for A Short Time, he Learned Hard Work the Perseverance. At the End of Each Work Day Was A Young Man Covered in Oil and Grease From Head To Toe. About A Month After he Left the Gas Service Station, he Took On A Job Working for A Messenger Service Company. But Shortly After, the Condition of His Vehicle, Which he Used in Doing His Job, Was Rapidly Deteriorating.
